Turkish Resident Permit Services

Touristic resident permits are not available in Turkey anymore. The Turkish Interior Ministry has changed its policy for immigration and resident permits. To get a resident permit, the applicant must purchase a residential property for more than 75,000 USD in Istanbul and other big cities. This amount is 50,000 USD in smaller cities. You can easily renew your resident permits based on property ownership and you and your family can apply for Turkish citizenship after 5 years.

Attorney Fees and Expenses for 1 person

We will prepare and file your resident permit application our attorney fee is 450 USD and possible costs associated with a short-term residence permit is estimated to be 350 USD and include the following:

  • Residence permit fees for foreigners
  • An administration fee for the residency card
  • A valid annual Heath Insurance Policy’s cost
  • Passport translation notarization fee
  • Obtaining the tax number for the applicant
  • Translation fees for oral and document translations

Attorney Fees and Expenses for a Family with 2 kids

We will prepare and file your resident permit application. Our attorney fee is 750 USD and possible costs associated with a residence permit application are estimated to be 950 USD and include the following:

Documents we need:

  1. Apostilled or double legalized marriage certificate
  2. Apostilled or double legalized birth certificates of children
  3. Health insurance for husband and wife

P.s. You must have a passport or a document substituting for a passport that is 60 days longer than your stay duration in Turkey. If your passport validation shall expire before 1 year, then the permitted duration for a residence permit cannot exceed the duration of your passport.

The below information is required for the application:

  • Name and surname of your mother and father
  • Your permanent address information in your home country and Turkey
  • The expiration date of the Private Health Insurance Policy, insurance company, and insurance policy number (if you have, if you don’t we will get you an insurance policy),
  • Your educational status, your occupation, and income information,
  • Reason for staying in Turkey.

Also, the below documents are required too:

  1. Scanned copy of the passport (pages containing identity information and the page containing photo along with the processed pages)
  2. Four (4) Photos (Must have been taken within the last 6 months, against a white background and biometric)
  3. A notarized copy of the title deed
  4. E-visa document or a copy of the visa stamp on your passport (If you are a visa-free foreigner then you must pay an additional USD 100 for the visa because the Immigration Office doesn’t accept the applications without visa payment)
